My First Acrostic

“Season of Relief”

Open the windows —
Call in the clean, freshened air!
Take your book
Outside, at least until it rains.
Bring out the All Hallow’s
Eve goblins and
Relish the cool!

Harry at Poet’s Corner issued a challenge to write acrostic poems. So I did. I might just do it again.

About RobbieAnnLewis

To me, words are like garden plants -- if planted in the right places, well-weeded, lovingly coaxed and given light, they will feed mind and spirit. I live with my boyfriend -- a man who has his own way with words -- by a bay on the Texas Gulf Coast.
